Rochelle is as pretty as a picture in a lavender dress with a double skirt. The two layered skirt has both layers filled with lavender rose petals. Her sash rose petals in the front and also in the big bow on the back. She carries her own little matching purse. She also has a pretty big bow and flower in her hair. Lavender ribbon trimmed anklets and black patent shoes complete the picture.
She is a 26" toddler, she has blonde hair that is pulled back in a cluster of curls and lavender eyes.
