Amelia
Amelia was late in making a debut for
2007, we had some problems finding the right fabrics to compliment the dress
design and didn't want to release her until all was right. The stripe fabric is
a mottled tan with navy stripes and the check is navy and tan. What I love is
the way the two different fabrics set off the design of the dress. As you can
see from the picture, the scallop around the bottom of the skirt is trimmed in
navy and red buttons, as well as the double collar. Amelia certainly has a class
of her own with the more earthy tones. Her shoes are burgundy/brown sandals and
her anklets are a crochet look creme cotton. Amelia's auburn pig tails are tied
with navy and cream wire edge ribbon. She has big brown eyes and a sprinkle of
freckles on her face. She is posed for her picture with her legs to the side, as
the looks over her shoulder. All of our sit down hard vinyl dolls can have their
legs turned in the body casing for different poses.
