Suzanne Roberson can't remember a time in her life that she didn't have a love for dolls. As a child, she would make her own play babies from pillowcases and weighted them with anything heavy that she could stuff into their bodies. At twelve years old, Suzanne made her first porcelain doll with her mother, an avid doll collector herself. When she got her first job at sixteen years old, she saved her money and purchased her first two "collector" dolls which were Lee Middleton's that she still cherishes to this day.
Suzanne started sculpting in 2000 when she saw a newborn sculpt on a doll website. Shortly after that, she attended a sculpting seminar with doll artist, Rita Rich. Suzanne learned many techniques that she still uses today. Sculpting came so naturally for Suzanne and she realized she found something that she truly loves. Suzanne thanks God for the talent he has given her.
