Lulu says the woman she most admires is Audrey Hepburn - for her poise and elegance, and the timeless way in which she continues to fascinate and to charm.  Lulu herself has big plans for her life after modeling.  She already owns an up-market organic eatery, and has plans to expand the business throughout Europe one day.  "People crave a more natural life.  My goal after my modeling days is to create and serve food that people love and know is simply good for them"
