FayZah was born on the Greek island of Kalymnos and came to live in America at age eleven.  She first became interested in crafts after she married.  One day, FayZah encountered a collection of antique dolls at an estate sale which led to an interest in restoring old dolls.  After her son's birth, FayZah was inspired to sculpt her first doll in his image and her fabulous career was born.  Quality is a hallmark of all of FayZah's creations, capturing remarkable expressiveness through her awe-inspiring, true-to-life sculptures inspired by babies and children she knows.  Her vinyl works of art are hand-crafted in the USA.  Limited editions are numbered and signed as they are each lovingly produced.  FayZah's signature is your evidence of ownership in a very personal work of art and craftsmanship.  FayZah has won many honors for dolls since founding Precious Heirloom Dolls in 1986, including the coveted Doll Of The Year award, Dolls of Excellence Award, and the Tori.
