Herby Stiltwalker is tryin' so hard to get used to his peg legs - doesn't help that he's afraid of heights!  It will take a while to get in the swing of things...and he's still tryin' to figure out how ta bend down and unwrap the paddle ball wound around his leg!  Herby features a realistic clown face, a paddle with real string, and a shimmer-coated vest.
