Cissette" is charmingly attired in a sleeveless navy blue taffeta dress with a
full skirt. A fine white organdy shawl with three layers of ruffles covers her
shoulders and ties at the neck enhancing her blonde curls and blue eyes. A white
taffeta petticoat, step-ins trimmed in white lace, gold elastic sandals and a
