"Heavenly Light Angel" is a tiny wisp of angelic sweetness. This blue-eyed, bent knee Wendy has tosca hair and is dressed in light blue satin bodysuit with a silver, sparkle mesh overskirt. Her sleeves are made from pink chiffon and the bottom of her waist is trimmed with silver braid. A halo that has been encrusted with jewels and wings of pink and white feathers her heavenly look.
