The Teddy bear bride's dress is modeled on the so-called "Miedertracht" (tight bodiced style) from Munich.  The bodice, made of black moiré, is worn as an outer garment.  It is underlain with linen, lined with cotton and has silver colored lacing.  Underneath, she is wearing a shimmering green silk camisole lined with linen.  Her stiff silver cap shows that she is (still) unmarried.
