Bärle 43 PAB is 17 inches tall when seated, 60 cm when standing and crafted by hand in the traditional, artistic manner.  He is a true and accurate replica in many ways: The mohair has been exactly reproduced after the original.  He is softly stuffed with wooden shavings and his limbs are jointed a little bit loose to give him the true feeling of being a well beloved, vintage Teddy bear.  Just as the original, Bärle 43 PAB has wooden shoe-button eyes; his mouth, nose and the four claws on each of his paws are carefully stitched by hand.  He proudly wears a true elephant button made of stainless steel, which makes him a very special piece.
